Amuseables Mirielle St. Honoré runs the most exclusive spin studio in Paris – and yes, the waiting list is longer than a metro queue at rush hour. Her motivational shouts, disco lights, and double-shot espressos fuel her clients to new levels.

Every climb is accompanied by a symphony of synth-pop courtesy of her close friend Amuseables Beatie Heart. And her signature move, the éclair sprint, is simply indescribable... but you’ll know it when your legs do!

After class, she cools down with Brigitte Brioche at the Jellycat Patisserie, swapping playlists and pastry tips.
