Refund Policy

At Cornucopia, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with an item, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt in saleable condition, and we'll happily provide a refund. Please note that for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer refunds on pierced jewellery or cosmetic products. Rest assured, your statutory rights remain unaffected by our returns policy.

For smaller items, we kindly request that you organize the returns yourself. However, for larger items like console tables or side tables, we may need to arrange collection on our end. The goods must be returned in perfect and saleable condition, complete with their original packaging where possible. Once received, we will initiate an exchange or refund, excluding the original delivery charge.

Rest assured that all orders will be promptly refunded within 48 hours of receiving your return. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to clear in your account.

Damaged or faulty goods are an unlikely scenario, but if it does happen, please contact us within 24 hours by emailing or calling 0143228250. We will arrange for the collection of the damaged goods (or cover the cost of return) and promptly send out a replacement. If you need to make a return, please email us at within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please refrain from returning faulty goods without contacting us first.

If the product is damaged or faulty, we will handle the collection and cover the costs. If you are local to us, we will arrange self-collection, and if not, we will utilise a reliable courier service.
