Our top priority is customer satisfaction, which is why we offer a hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely happy with an item, just return it to us within 14 days of receipt in saleable condition, and we'll refund your purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery or cosmetic products. Rest assured, your statutory rights remain unaffected by our returns policy.

For smaller items, we kindly request that you organise the return yourself. However, for larger items like console tables and side tables, we may need to arrange collection. It's important that the goods are returned in perfect condition, including their original packaging if possible. Once we receive the item back, we'll be happy to exchange or refund it, minus the original delivery charge.
