When Talking Tables Came to Visit

Some days in the shop feel extra special - and this was definitely one of them.

Last week we had the absolute pleasure of welcoming the lovely team from Talking Tables to Cornucopia, right here on Chapel Walk in Worcester. To say we were excited would be an understatement.

A Proper Mother–Daughter Moment

They came to see the shop, the displays and (very importantly) our Valentine’s window - but what meant the most to us was that they came to see us.

Mum and I have always poured our hearts into the shop. The late nights, the ladder wobbling slightly while we hang hearts from the ceiling, the constant tweaking of candle heights, the “does this look better here?” conversations - it’s all part of it.

A Shop Dressed in Hearts

They visited just as the shop was dressed for Valentine’s - pinks, reds, floating heart bunting and feel-good gifting everywhere you looked.

Talking Tables pieces were styled throughout the window and in store - layered with candles, cards and thoughtful little treasures. Seeing them capture it all through their lens was such a proud moment for us.

Community Means Everything

What we love most about working with brands like Talking Tables is that they genuinely champion independent shops. They celebrate the creativity, the personality and the storytelling that makes each store different.

And when they shared their visit on Instagram - calling Cornucopia “fabulous” (we’re still blushing) - the comments from their community were just so kind:
